The space
The apartment is very quiet even it’s located in Downtown in the middle of it all, that is because it's very far from the street, which makes it ideal when you want to be at walking distance from any kind of stores, banks, etc, but at the same time providing intimacy and silence when you need it.
The building is antique but the place itself is very modern with brand new furniture.
We used our experience traveling the world and knowing what a European or an American guest will look for when looking for accommodation.
We made sure that everything you’ll find inside is of proper quality. Great taste also plays a part on it :) Did we mention free local phone calls and the cute private patio?
For longer stays we offer maid service once a week for an extra fee.
Guest access
Guests have access to the building and even if the apartment is located in the first floor, they will be able to ride a beautiful elevator from the early 20th Century.
Other things to note
We know how important a super fast internet connection is for travelers, so we provided the apartment with the most powerful Wi-Fi in town.
The air conditioning sets are brand new, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, so it will be cool in summer and warm during the winter.
This is one of the very few rental apartments with a land line telephone with free local phone calls.
DVD player, emergency lights and robes are included.
There´s a security guard in the street at all times from the hotel next door and a public garage where you can rent a space on a daily basis.
As soon as you step in, you’ll realize why it´s a tad more than other listings of the same size and why it´s worth the difference.

Attentive and helpful hosts, Ana and Gabriel respond within 5 minutes to any question or concern. The owners (who live in the US) check in from time to time by email to make sure everything is OK. There is a very welcoming lady in BsAs who does the checking in and out and comes to clean at least once per week.
There are good air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom, which is welcome during the warm summer months.
There is also good WiFi and a large table that can be used as a workspace for those of you who don't have the luxury of "leaving it all behind" when you travel.

Cooking options not sophisticated but then you are surrounded by Lots of cheap fast food around that is not a problem at all.
There are several subway stations (subte) within 5 min walking distance. Also in walking distance (15 min) are some touristic sight like Cafe Tortoni, Casa Rosada or Puerto Madeiro (where you have really fancy restaurants like "la cabaña de las lilas") and also the Buquebus ferry terminal for trips to Uruguay. To the bus terminal "Retiro", it's about a 20 min walk.
It is located at the back of a building, so it is very quiet and private -- even with its own patio! It is hard to believe you are in the middle of a big city!
